SMS Terms and Conditions: Bisrate Gebriel EOTC

1. Program Description Bisrate Gebriel Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church (EOTC) provides automated SMS alerts to registered members. These messages include monthly membership pledge reminders, payment receipts for contributions, and urgent church community announcements (such as holiday service times or weather-related cancellations).

2. Frequency of Messaging Message frequency varies based on your membership status and church activity. Members typically receive 2–4 messages per month.

3. Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or long code provided in our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Help Instructions If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@gebriel.org or by calling our office at 800-919-2736.

5. Interruption of Service Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Cost and Charges As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Privacy Policy Bisrate Gebriel EOTC values your privacy. We will not share, rent, or sell your telephone number or personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used strictly for internal church administration and communication.
